Shipping

We exclusively ship our products to Canada, collaborating with top-tier couriers to ensure secure and timely delivery. Typically, orders undergo processing within 2 to 4 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.​

​All items purchased from Zovii Canada are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will not take responsibility for the shipment. However, we take effort in tracking the package and file a claim and notify the buyer of the outcome.

Zovii Canada takes good care in packing orders. Please check the enclosed packing slip against the actual shipment. Any discrepancies or wrong items must be reported within 5 business days after receiving the order through our Contact Us Form. Also, please keep the packing slip as we may request a copy of it in order to double-check the packed items with our own list we have on file.

Return

All returns must be pre-approved. To request a return, please follow the below procedure.

  1. use our Contact Us Form to tell us your contact information, order number and the reason of return (our Customer Service Team usually could help to solve the usage problems most of the time and the return request will be no longer required)
  2. print out the prepaid shipping label sent to you via email, where the carrier’s name is indicated. The shipping label costs $10 plus tax and it will be deducted from the refund directly
  3. include all original product packaging including documentation, keys and battery (if applicable)
  4. stick the shipping label on the box and drop it off at the nearest carrier drop-off center. We will inform you the receipt of the package and the issue of the refund by emailIf items are returned without prior authorization we reserve the right to discard items with no refund.New and unused items are returnable within 30 days of receipt of the order to authorize the return. All sales are final after 30 days.

Exchange

All exchanges will have to go through the same procedures as return above. You are welcomed to place a new order for the merchandise that you would like once you receive the prepaid shipping label that we email to you.
